Hey! I’m Lusine Stepanian - a Registered Holistic Nutritionist helping busy professional women overcome their excuses and regain their feminine glow.  

I know what it’s like to have constant cravings for unhealthy foods, to feel reliant on sugar to keep you energized after the 3PM crash… feeling guilty and disappointed with yourself... and turning to food for comfort … which only leaves you feeling bloated, heavy, dull and with a few extra pounds around the belly… knowing that your health is declining and not having the willpower to “deal” with it. Trying to break free from unhealthy snacking, but getting sucked back into it day after day with the same excuses ‘just one cookie’, ‘just this once and then I will stop’.

I ate to numb my emotions of guilt, disappointment and self-sabotage.

I WAS THERE ... TIED HOSTAGE TO MY CRAVINGS!

I developed digestive issues, I was bloated, I became sensitive to many foods, I began experiencing skin breakouts, my energy levels dropped, I had mood swings, and I started to gain weight around my tummy.  

I became too self-conscious in my own body. I couldn’t focus at work. This wasn't just affecting my health, but also my self-confidence and my social life. It took me years to finally say 'THAT’S IT - I need a fix!'  

And I admit, one of my major health challenges was my crazy love (ok fine, my addiction) for sweets. I craved sweets every day, multiple times a day, especially at 10am and 2pm. My cravings CONTROLLED me! Overtime, my mindless snacking really took a toll on my health and my body image. The more sweets I ate, the more I craved; I became dependent on them. But let me tell you this…

Once I learned to overcome my cravings and build a healthy relationship with the foods I ate …. Everything SHIFTED! I felt more energized, I could focus better at work, my productivity went over the roof, my bloated belly shrunk, I started losing weight, and my skin – it was glowing! And the best part was … that I could still indulge in desserts guilt-free.

THAT is what brings me to you!
